The amino acids were extracted from mushrooms, amino acid and metal ion chelating reaction, the character of coordination compound were studied.The amino acids were extracted mushrooms with acid hydrolysis,the quantity proportion of amino acids extracted from mushrooms was index.some factors,such as extraction temperature, hydrochloric acid concentration,the ratio of solid to liquid, extracting time were studied as the main factors on the extracting quantity, the single element and orthogonal experiment showed that the optimum extraction condition as follows:mushrooms extraction:extracting temperature was105℃, hydrochloric acid concentration was6mol/L, the ratio of solid to liquid was1:35, the extracting time was5hours; Yuan nebrodensis extraction: extracting temperature was105℃, hydrochloric acid concentraction was6mol/L, the ratio of solid to liquid was1:25, the extracting time was5hours.under the best condition, The extract of amino acids with automatic analyzer measurement L-8800.15kinds of amino acids, including the human necessary seven kinds of amino acids, amino acid content is21.5Omg/g in mushroom, and yuan mushroom content is19.85mg/g.In the amino acid extract decoloring test, the removal rate of the pigment loss rates and amino acid was as index, some factors,such as decoloring temperature, decoloring time, the quality of activated carbon, solution pH were studied as the main factors on the decoloring effect. By single factor and orthogonal experiment, to determine the best amino acid extract decoloring conditions for decoloring was pH2.0, amount of activated carbon was1.5g, and bleaching time was50min, decoloring temperature was80℃. In this process conditions, loss rate of amino acid was6.04%, and decoloring rate was92.13%.WA-2amino acid resin was chosen for purification. Through the dynamic adsorption test, gthe best purification process was obtand:sample pH value was2.0, flow rate was1.0mL/min, adsorption time was50minutes, sample volume was5times the volume of resin bed volume, desorption time was40minutes,3%ammonia was chosen as elution agents. The triketohydrindene hydrate colorimetric method was performed for the determination of purified amino acids for63.8%.In the composite of the amino acids-copper (Ⅱ), the amino acids--copper (Ⅱ) content was as index, some factors,such as the molar ratio of Amino acid to the copper, chelation reactions temperature, time, pH were studied, the single element and orthogonal experiment showed that the optimum extraction condition as follows:Coordination temperature was70℃Coordination pH was11.0, Coordination time was70minutes. Amino acid to the molar ratio of copper was2:1; stability constant was9.51×106. IR was used the to the characterization of molecules.In the composite of the amino acids-zinc (Ⅱ) of the synthesis, solution zinc ion content was as index, some factors,such as molar ratio of Amino acid to the zinc ion, chelation reactions temperature, time, pH were studied as the main factors, the single element and orthogonal experiment showed that the optimum extraction condition as follows:Coordination temperature was60℃, Coordination pH was8.0, Coordination time was40minutes. Amino acid and the molar ratio of zinc ion was2:1; stability constant was1.22×10’. IR was used the to the characterization of molecules.In the composite of the amino acids-calcium (Ⅱ) of the synthesis, After reaction with Coordination solution calcium ion content as index, some factors, such as the molar ratio of Amino acid to the calcium ion, chelation reactions temperature, time, pH were studied as the main factors. the single element and orthogonal experiment showed that the optimum extraction condition was as follows:Coordination temperature was85℃, Coordination pH was8.0, Coordination time was70minutes. Amino acid and the molar ratio of calcium ion was2:1; stability constant was7.26×106. IR was used the to the characterization of molecules.
