With the development of chemical industry,brewing and food etc.,the range ofproduct,as well as the scale of production is increasingly growing in recent years.Theproduction of the sticky wet material produced and the handling technology and equipmentwhich is needed for the production also increased rapidly.The sticky wet material such asfermented grains,distillers grains,solid-state fermentation material,etc.which mainly relyon manual handling or partially rigid handling equipment to be completed,because it has ahigh viscosity,high moisture,poor mobility characteristics.However,the sticky wetmaterial liquidity is very poor, rigid handling equipment need to be assisted to workproperly.And the rigid handling equipment are unable to load and unload some sticky wetmaterials,which is in the periphery and bottom of silos,tanks,fermentation pits and othercontainers. Its loading rate is only30%~60%,the rest must to be loaded and unloadedcleanly rely on manual handling,and the high intensity of labor also must to be required.Ifworkers operate the machines not carefully,it will cause a damage to the peripheral or thebottom of the container.At the same time,it also can make the machine failure and theeconomic loss.So,mechanical loading and unloading of high viscosity and high humiditymaterial has always been a problem to be solved.In order to improve the handling efficiency,reduce the residue of the sticky wetmaterial at the bottom of container, protect the container from damage, and solve theproblem,such as low efficiency and large residual,some research on the sticky wetmaterial machine is done in this paper,which has great significance in engineeringapplication field.Firstly,in the full understanding of the characteristics of the sticky material and thecommon form of transportation, the basic working principle and dynamics theory of thesticky material handling machine is found out,and the important technical parameters arefixed on primary based on experience.And then,determine the extensional organizationprogram,accomplished the structure design working of portal-type flame,suction device,Feeding device, discharge device of the sticky material handling machine by comparinganalysis.Secondly,after confirming the scheme,it begins to accomplish the design ofcalculation,determine the fan, motor, reducer and other purchased part.And then, itstarts to calculate and check the loading and unloading capacity, that can make its loading and unloading efficiency meet the design requirements.Thirdly,this paper establishes the three-dimensional entity’s model with Pro/Esoftware according to the analysis of parameter and pattern,and assembles parts to integeraccording to overall arrangement and scheme,structures the parametric feature entitymodel of the testing device.Finally,in order to minimize the axial force and force moment of the sticky wetequipment, the stress and displacement of the important parts of the sticky materialhandling machine are analysised using finite element analysis in this paper.The finiteelement analysis of the stirring shaft and the mixing blades is accomplished in the softwareof ANSYS structurally location and position of the unreasonable stress distribution,and toamend the structure based on the finite element analysis,so to make the design effort of thesticky material handling machine perfect....
