Hydraulic drilling rig is a drilling equipment that uses hydraulic pressure to achieve gas drainage,water injection and some engineering holes in coal mines.It is an important equipment for coal mine safety production.The working status of the rig even directly affects the efficiency of the entire drilling and coal mine safety.Improvements to the rig have never stopped.In the drilling process of traditional hydraulic drilling rigs,most of the up and down operations are done manually.In this way,there are many potential safety hazards,the labor intensity of workers is large,and the drilling efficiency is low,making the drilling progress of drilling rigs seriously affect the progress of coal mine production.In order to complete the operation of the rig up and down rod safely,quickly and efficiently,reduce the labor intensity of workers,and improve the productivity of drilling rig drilling.It is urgent to develop a drilling rig automatic up and down bar mechanism for intelligent drilling.The focus of the research is mainly on the design of the automatic up and down rod structure of the rig,to ensure the rationality and reliability of the design structure.Relying on the overall structure of the ZDY4000R drilling rig,compare different structural solutions,to carry out the design of intelligent drilling rig structure.The finite element analysis software ANSYS is used to analyze the strength of the key components,and the dynamic analysis of the rigs by ADAMS is carried out to verify the rationality and reliability of the structure.The details are as follows:First of all,the topic starts with the overall structure and working principle of the ZDY4000R drilling rig,combined with the rig structure of the upper and lower rods put forward three design options,select the most suitable solution by comparing and analyzing the three options.Second,design the overall structure of the intelligent drilling rig,using Solidworks to create 3D models of parts,the structure and function of the manipulator,the intermediate holder,the storage rod box and the blocking structure,the transfer device,the rack,the holder,and the gyrator are introduced in detail.Finally,dynamic analysis of rig manipulator with ADAMS,analysis of the robot's kinematic characteristics and clamping force,and the whole drilling rig prototype was analyzed,including the structure and working status.
