With the rapid growth of world economy, the energy constraint takes a more and moreobvious effect on economic improving. Natural gas, as a primary energy sources, plays alarger and larger in the energy consumption in the proportion. Because of having goodcreep, low permeability and damage self-healing properties, therefore rock salt isacknowledged as the energy storage, such as oil and gas.There are many kinds of shapes of rock salt cavity gas storage geometric be designed,the most in common shapes are cylindrical and ellipsoid. Designed in the practicalengineering design of rock-salt cavity shape is always uniform rules, however, the actualconstruction of rock-salt cavity shape is mostly irregular. The difference in processes ofbuilding cavity, ways of circulation, tubing string combination and protective surface typesand halite taste difference, all these things can affect the cavity shape of gas storage.Based on the above reasons, this article adopts the methods of numerical analysisFluent on the formation of gas storage chamber model and building cavity technology onthe shape of rock-salt cavity, mainly to do the simulation analysis of the following aspects:First, according to different construction stages of cavity, take a lot simulationanalysis for the trough periods, build built cavity and dissolved cavity in the middle of thecavity flow field, to analyze the flow field of research and summarize the characteristicsand weaknesses of the different stages of building cavity, so as to provide references forpractical engineering construction.Second, study on the difference of flowing velocity, the combinations of tube and rocksalt brine interlining production parameters, such as the cavity form and the influence ofcavity speed, analyze the different parameters under the combination of cavity shape andspeed of building cavity, and then give a particular combination process of the optimalbuilding cavity under the condition of rock salt.
