In order to resolve growing energy crisis, it is extraordinarily urgent to buildenergy strategic reserves among which the construction of underground gas storage isthe priority. In the process of building underground gas storage, Simulate the wholeprocess of rock salt cavern solution construction, analysis the process of rock saltcavern solution construction, understanding the process of fluid transportation andmaterial exchange and morphological variation of solution cavern provide a basis tooptimize the design for solution cavern. At present, domestic and foreign scholars,mainly the use of small specimens of rock salt cavern do rock salt dissolution caverntheory and stability study.thus the use of similar materials prepared large-size moldedrock simulated the entire process of salt rock cavern solution, and study the stability ofthe solvent cavern is necessary.Perform a rock salt cavern solution similar material feasibility study on the moldedrock salt, And the structure of this thesis is as follows:①The present research on the erosion mechanism of cavities in rock salt andcavity control are analyzed and summarized, with the reference to our the sixth subjectof our nation’s973plan “Study on catastrophic Mechanism and Protection Theory ofUnderground Storages for Energy Reserves”, namely “Mechanism of catastrophicInduced in Cavity Construction Period of Oil and Gas Storages”, and then the mainresearch contents and technical routes of this thesis are given.②Based on the theory of mechanical similarity model theory and the conditionsrequired to derive a single value of the mechanical properties of similar conditions, andmolded rock salt for routine uniaxial, triaxial compression experiments to study thestrength and strain characteristics of molded rock salt, Determine the mechanicalproperties of molded rock salt similar of natural rock salt.③Based on the dissolving mechanism of rock salt established the main factors toaffect dissolution rate, determine experimental program of the molded salt dissolutionrate, perform dissolution rate experiments under different solution concentration,different flow rates and different temperatures, and compared results with natural rocksalt, obtained the relationship between molded rock salt and natural rock salt undervarious factors influence.④According to the established molded rock salt mold strength conditions, mold the size of height200mm diameter of300mm cylinder molded rock salt specimen, Andbased on the salt cavern solution mathematical model and the dissolution raterelationship between natural rock salt and molded rock salt, determine the processparameters of simulation cavern solution experiment And simulated whole process ofrock salt cavern solution, Study cavern volume changes and output water concentrationchanges in the process, got the desired cavern shape in the end of the experiment.
