Researching18representive aquacultures in the sediments of aquaculture ponds in Beijing Area.Investigating the contents of Cu、Zn、Cr、Pb、Cd、Hg、As、total phosphorus and total nitrogen betweensoil-seidment and water-pond. And exploring the changing trend of contaminants、the Characteristics ofMovement of pollutant and correlation. The soil, sediment, water quality, aquatic products and thecontents of Cu, Zn, Pb, Cd, Cr in fodder were determined by Atomic Absorption Spectroscopy;Determination of the soil, sediment, water quality, aquatic products and Hg,As in the fodder were usedby Atomic Fluorescence Spectrum; The content of total nitrogen in the soil and sediment were studiedby Kjeldahl Method; Ultraviolet spectrophotometry was used to determine the total phosphorus in thesoil and sediment and the total phosphorus, nitrogen in the water. In order to guarantee the accuracy ofcontaminants, the standard addition recovery was determined in the process of sample. The main resultsare as followings:1. The results showed that the recovery of the standard addition was between70%and120%,which reflected the actual content of contaminants effectively and accurately.2.Sediments were not polluted by Pb Cd As Zn Hg(Pi<1), while some of pond sediment wereheavily polluted by Cu and Cr(Pi>1). Cr slightly polluted level(Pm>1), and Cu alert level(Pm>0.7).There were more surface contaminants than deeper from2ponds sediment. The correative analysisshowed that the content of Cr、Cd and total nitrogen had extremely correlated(P<0.01), Cu and totalphosphorus was markedly correlated(P<0.05), content of Pb, Zn and As were not markable betweensoil and sediment.3.Cu、total phosphorus and total nitrogen serious polluted level (Pm>2). The correative analysisshowed that the content of Pb and total phosphorus were significantly correlated(P<0.01), thecorrelation among Cu、Zn、Cr and total nitrogen were not remarkable between water and pond. Theamount of pollutants were also not remarkable between water and sediment.4.There are three kinds of variation tendency of pulltants in pond sediment with a culture-cycle: a.the contents was raised and then descended in whole culture-cycle; b. contrast to the a case;c.Contaminants were dropped gradually in the whole culture-cycle.5.The contents of Zn、Cr and Cd existed a certain correlation in aquatic products; The correlativeanalysis showed that the content of Cu was positive correlated between sediment and fodder, which thecorrelation coefficient was above0.8.
