During the process of oil extraction, oil in water to form a stable emulsion, addingdemulsifier is fast and efficient off water in the crude oil is the most effective method.Research on optimal dosing process, reduce the agent cost. Demulsifier and mixingprocess of heavy oil is at present: demulsifier in reagent water tank, first then throughmetering pump pressurized injected into heavy oil pipeline. Although this way ofpipeline injection is simple, but mixed effect remains to be improved.In order to improve the chemical demulsification agents and the mixingdispersion degree of heavy oil, improve the effect of drug effect, to reduce thecomprehensive cost of the heavy oil processing and the simulation is mainly controlledby the following variables to find the optimal solution: dosing tube inserted into thepipe in depth; Angle; Opening direction of the dosing tube exports; The installation ofthe dosing tube direction (horizontal or vertical, etc.); Demulsifier inlet velocity; Thenumber of the dosing tube.In this paper, by changing the above several variables of demulsifier andtwo-phase mixture of crude oil flow patterns are analyzed in numerical simulation andoptimization, set up different variables under the condition of pipeline mixed physicalmodel, draw demulsifier at different speed, after joining crude oil pipeline underdifferent entrance Angle velocity profile and the concentration distribution of twophase flow. This paper compares the different forms of drug injection under close tothe entrance on the cross section of demulsifier volume containing rate, as well as themixed completely after mixer outlet reagent volume containing rate, by contrast, foundthat:(1) When a potion tube inlet Angle for600, opening direction to the crude oil flowdirection, dosing pipe vertical inserted into the depth of oil pipeline, the greaterthe potion inflow velocity, the greater the more conducive to the spread of thedemulsifier, and crude oil demulsifier mixing effect is best, it is moreadvantageous to the dehydration of crude oil.(2) Using4reagent tubes, along with the rising of the insertion depth, mixing effectis better and worse; at0.6R mixing effect is best, the mixture of4reagent tube is better than other several reagent tubes.In addition, combined with the advantages of hybrid dynamic mechanism and avariety of static mixer, mixed with the components in the pipeline (wing) on the pipehybrid optimization, and the optimized flow, pressure drop and the change of theconcentration compared with before optimization, shows the optimized mixing effectis good, but the pressure is increased, and two phase flow mix on the exit ofdemulsifier concentration size and export pressure changes are verified.The results of the study to improve the dehydration of crude oil, material mixture,reduce cost, line selection and optimization of oil pipeline transportation providesstrong theoretical basis.
