This paper begins with the structure cracking furnace, tells the story of the cracking mechanism, at the same time in Yanshan ethylene plant GK-V type cracking furnace optimization problems to tackle the problems, including the short running period, coke cleaning frequently, the cracking furnace thermal efficiency is low, high energy consumption, which not only lead to increased energy consumption is high and ethylene cost, but also become the the bottleneck device in a long period of high load operation. The main steps:①respectively to analyze these problems, and find out the influence of the main reasons is his, the thermal field distribution is uneven, the furnace wall loss defects, furnace lining, high exhaust gas temperature, convection section serious ash deposition, are studied for each problem;②find a solution, and give the implementation, namely closed side wall burner, replacing lining etc;③new method namely radiation in cracking furnace with twisted, air preheater tube using new technology, which greatly extend the cycle of cracking furnace, improves the thermal efficiency, reducing the energy consumption of ethylene cracking furnace.Implementation and results of the scheme optimization of verification, is very important for the development of cracking furnace optimization research significance。...
