Vibration fluidization technology is suitable for lignite drying in industry, this paper focuses on a study of the application of vibration fluidization technology in lignite drying characteristics, namely conducts lignite particle size experiments and mixed grain sizes of orthogonal experiments, and analyzes the affects of the experimental parameters on the drying characteristics of lignite.This paper uses experiments to study the characteristics of lignite drying based on vibration fluidized technology. Firstly, according to the fluidization theory, this paper calculates the flow parameters such as the amount of hot air, the minimum fluidization velocity, speed of operation and testing of system total pressure drop, and according to the vibration throw theory, this paper calculates the vibration parameters such as the vibration frequency, amplitude and exciting force. Then this paper uses the system to conduct the experiments of critical pressure drop in different vibration intensity, bed height, and the experiments of the moisture content changes over time in particle sizes. Finally, this paper conducts the mixed particle size of lignite drying orthogonal experiments, and uses the precipitation rate, drying rate and dry strength to be the experimental indicators, and uses SPSS statistical software to get the three indicators of the regression equation. This paper conducts the single factor analysis of the regression equations by the vibration intensity, air temperature, air speed and lignite initial moisture content.This paper obtains the following conclusions by experiments:(1)The introduction of vibration can reduce the critical pressure drop;(2)The vibration’s affect on the low static bed height and diameter of the critical pressure drop is more pronounced;(3)In the case of the same vibration strength and hot air parameters, the moisture content of the diameter with time decreases faster;(4) Vibration intensity inhibits the precipitation rate. The drying rate and drying strength increase when vibration intensity increases.(5) Hot air temperatures make the precipitation rate, the drying rate and the drying strength increase.(6)The affect of hot air’speed on the drying rate is small. The precipitation rate and dry strength can get available values when hot air’speed gets best values.(7) The precipitation rate, drying rate and dry strength increase at first and then decreases with the increasing of initial moisture content.This paper conducts experiments to study on lignite drying characteristics by means of vibration fluidized, and obtains the experimental datas under different conditions, and summarizes the influence of experimental parameters on the experimental results. It has certain guiding significance on the lignite process arrangementssystem by vibration fluidized drying technology, equipment designing and drying effects.
