The mixed presulfurizing agent was synthesised with gasoline and sulfur as raw material, using high temperature and high pressure reactor under the effect of alkaline catalyst. In thispapar, investigated the factors that influenced content of synthesized pre sulfurizing agent, such as reaction temperature, reaction time, dosage of catalyst and the sulfur content, determined the optimum conditions of the synthesis process through orthogonal test; observedthe viscosity, the sulfur content and decomposition temperature of synthesis of presulfurizingagent; using30mL fixed bed reactor with high pressure hydrogenation minitype continuousexperimental device, investigated the pre sulfurization conditions of hydrocracking catalystthrough the wet pre vulcanized methods, and the effects of the curing agent, the curing process, the amount of heating rate and hydrogen to oil ratio on the presulfided catalyst vulcanizationdegree, bromine value and impact crushing rate situation, determine the best pre vulcanizationprocess conditions; compares the application of the curing agent and organic sulfurizing agent, while the post sulfide catalysts were characterized such as XRD, SEM, BET and so on.The experimental results show: mixed organic presulfurizing agent was synthesized byelemental sulfur and gasoline, low viscosity, high sulfur content, wide range of decompositiontemperature. Sulfur content is higher relative to the traditional synthesis the method which itdoesn’t join in any catalyst, the best process conditions: temperature is170℃, time is3h, thesulfur was0.45times of mass of gasoline, the catalyst was0.1times of mass of gasoline. Withsodium hydroxide as catalyst sulfur content of synthetic presulfurizing agent is the highest, is30.03%. When presulfiding of catalyst, the best presulfiding process conditions: P=2.0MPa;LHSV=1.0h–1; V(H2)/V(oil)≈100; sulfur content is2.0%; firstly rate50℃/h to heat form0℃to200℃,constant temperature4h, secondly rate15℃/h to heat form200℃to280℃,constant temperature4h, thirdly rate10℃/h to heat form280℃to340℃,It takes23.3h tocomplete presulfurization. Hydrogenation catalyst is high sulfiding degree and active.
