The Development And Application Of Patella Presulfurization Technology Of Hydrocracking Catalyst

Presulfided catalyst can improve the activity of catalyst and service life, therefore, presulfided hydrogenation catalyst technology has become one the hot spot of development and application.This paper mainly studies the hydrocracking catalyst presulfurization technology. This study take advantage of the existing equipment of the company that used for dry presulfurization, with small portions of the adjustment and improvement, can be used directly in wet sulfurization of FF-46 hydrocracking pretreatment catalyst and FC-14B hydrocracking catalyst presulfurization. The results of this resesrch show that the presulfurization using 42h, compared to the previous dry curing 80h has been greatly reduced. Through the results of the above experimental we can see that the device of wet prevulcanization method can be promoted in hydrocracking equipment.
