In this paper, the Southern China area of high temperature and humidity climate,warehouse type characteristics and my company’s existing storage conditions, Studyon quality change of wheat stored on a rotation period. The imported wheat relatively easystorage than domestic wheat, wheat imports of wheat in Canada is better than that ofAustralian wheat production, the Australian wheat producing better than Americanwheat.
