In this paper, the Southern China area of high temperature and humidity climate,warehouse type characteristics and my company’s existing storage conditions, Studyon quality change of wheat stored on a rotation period. According to the different typeof storage, stacking storage form of different wheat moisture, imperfect grain andwater absorption of gluten content was tested, the relationship between temperatureand quality of wheat; the effect of insect pest on wheat quality is discussed, aiming atthe bug different proposed different prevention measures; discusses the differentorigin of wheat during storage the quality difference of change; to a comprehensiveanalysis of the rotation cycle through a change in the overall situation of wheat quality.The results show:A negative correlation between wheat quality and temperature. The higher thetemperature, the storage quality of wheat in the greater rate of decline; conversely,low temperature, storage quality changes of small rate of wheat. With the increase ofstorage time, moisture of wheat was first decreased and then tended to be stable trend,gluten water content decreased gradually, quality change. Therefore, to improve thestorage conditions improve warehouse performance of heat insulation, delaying thewheat quality deterioration.The five type of warehouse storage results in wheat, wheat quality change rate:Squat Silos T3<Q67<3L3-1<the old building warehouse warehouse warehouse in2P81P5<. The density of different species and different insect should take differentmeasures on maize weevil, Sitophilus oryzae,, Tribolium castaneum, Sitotrogacerealella and some resistance low pest, the slow releasing fumigation, spray volume5g/m3, in the effective concentration, basically a week can kill; and the rust red flatvalley resistance strong to steal, to take better effect of slow-release fumigationdosage-conventional fumigation combined.In several areas of wheat stored, along with the increase of storage time, moisturecontent of wheat imports increased, Shandong and Jiangsu domestic wheat moisturecontent decreased; changes in wheat bulk density tends to be stable, the differencebetween the origin of wheat; gluten water quantity of wheat was first decreased andthen increased and then decreased, and the difference of wheat in Shandong Jiangsuorigin did not change significantly, while imports of wheat was decreased, but theoverall downward trend slow to domestic wheat. The imported wheat relatively easystorage than domestic wheat, wheat imports of wheat in Canada is better than that ofAustralian wheat production, the Australian wheat producing better than Americanwheat.
