This paper first through a large number of literatures, the xylan extracting and its enzymatic hydrolysis, the purification and detection of Xos,etc, are systematically reviewed. Then based on our lab existing technology and carry out the design of plant of the annual production of1000tons of food Xos.This design first according to the origin of raw material, transportation, product consumption and other factor, select the cotton production areas in the middle and lower reaches of the Yellow River as the site of the factory. Then considers factors such as production technology, environmental protection, factory logistics, and the general plan design and land use planning of factory are conducted. Based on the factory capacity and the technology, raw materials and supplementary materials such as water, electricity, steam consumption balance, and estimating the cost of fixed investment, labor costs, depreciation and transportation, get the product cost and profit margins and build the process. With preliminary accounting, this project covers an area of36062m2and annual net income about32.05million Yuan after it enters full production, the payback period of investment is about4years, the economic benefit is remarkable.According to the calculation results, using CAD plane drawing technology, draw the relevant drawings. There are21pieces of drawings, including the process flow diagram, the general plan, chart of material balance, production workshop (including pretreatment, enzymatic hydrolysis and purification workshop and concentration workshop) plan, profile and line shaft side (including steam and water).This design adopts the advanced membrane separation technology, first of all, the main application of ultrafiltration membrane filtration equipment for sugar solution decoloring and removing impurity, reduce the subsequent ion exchange column pressure, reduces the consumption of water, hydrochloric acid, sodium hydroxide, prolong the period of the resin. The application of nanofiltration membrane equipment to concentration and desalination of sugar solution, reduce the steam consumption of about50%, has significant effect of energy conservation and emissions reduction, and the quality of the products improved by raise the desalting rate. In addition, the project construction can effectively boost the local economy, improve the cotton farmers and cotton processing enterprise income, absorption and digestion talent, solve the employment problem, extend and expand the industrial chain.
