Environmental Investment Impact On Environmental Pollution

Obviously, the environmental input to environmental pollution emissions,environmental quality changes play a decisive role. In this paper, according to thestatistical data of Chinese: public environmental expenditure and environmentalpollution investment, to study China environmental investment impact onenvironmental pollution situation in china. This paper first investigates on therelationship between environmental investment and environmental analysis of theempirical and theoretical literature, then to China and provincial environmentalpollution, environment, investment and economic growth as a qualitative descriptive,respectively based on the established on environmental investment and environmentalpollution in the process of economic growth theory and empirical model, respectively,to investigate the public environmental expenditure the pollution of the environment,the investment effect on the pollution of the environment, and at the same time,considering the two effects on environmental pollution.Different from previous studies, this paper will use2007-2012provincial paneldata, separately inspected public environmental expenditure, environmental pollutioninvestment impact on environmental pollution emissions, and environmental pollutionin the capital, to examine the role of public environmental expenditure andenvironmental pollution in the proportion of investment of environmental pollutionemissions. The conclusion of the study shows that:(1) when considered separately public environmental expenditure andenvironmental pollution investment impact on environmental pollution emissions, twohave positive effect on the environment pollution, the fundamental reason is the use ofresources, environmental pollution Chinese excessive low efficiency of geographicalenvironment in the pursuit of GDP in the process of the growth in emissions, Theincrease in output growth effect on environmental pollution is far greater than theenvironmental input subtractive effect on environment pollution.(2) while at the same time investigation of public environmental expenditure andenvironmental pollution investment on environmental pollution influence, in thepremise of environmental pollution investment constant, proportional direction ofpublic environmental expenditure and environmental pollution investment around on environmental pollution emissions, you can see the environmental input to curbenvironmental pollution emissions around.(3) can be seen in logarithmic form of environmental pollution emissions and percapita GDP absolute quantity inverted U type form, basically meets the environmentalEKC curve.According to the empirical results, this paper can be found: increasingenvironmental inputs, improve the public environmental expenditure, our country’seconomic development is a necessary condition for sustainable long-termdevelopment; change the long-term only the pursuit of growth ignore the ecologicalenvironment plays an important role in economic development, promote thetransformation and development of China economy.
