With the rapid development of the ironmaking technology, BF hearth longevity is always the bottleneck for the steel enterprises to improve the procreative capacity. How to improve the erosion of BF hearth and the life of blast furnace is the subject discussed by professional scholars together.In this paper, the temperature of bricks in BF hearth and the unusual rising of temperature difference are analyzed to prove the necessity to establish the pre-warning system of BF hearth. Through the analysis of the traditional methods to monitor the erosion and analyze the precautionary, the thesis shows that it can not reflect the state of BF hearth truly in the erosion like feet shape under the one-dimensional heat-transfer model and two-dimensional calculation model without latent heat of solidification and unusual state which are hard to predict the precise erosion of BF hearth. On the basis of the above analysis, the erosion calculation model and expert diagnosis base are completed, and then the online monitoring system including data-collection, the erosion state, growing-thickness and dynamic state monitor are developed. According to the online data collection of thermocouple and temperature difference on BF hearth and considering the change of heat-transfer coefficient of refractory line and the effect on the temperature space of ring-shake and infiltration, the online and history of BF state,"positive and negative question" in heat-transfer is used to realize online monitor precautionary and historical data.This system has been used in1BF and2BF of Qian’an steel successfully, which can reflect the effect on the erosion of BF hearth of the raw material and operation changes in the operational process timely and visually. The system is precise and effective which is confirmed in the operation and is useful to the BF operation and technology improvement.
