The variety of hazardous chemicals in China is huge and the output is huge.The output value of the chemical industry accounts for 40% of the global chemical output value,ranking first in the world.In 2018,the transportation volume of hazardous chemicals in the country reached 1.65 billion tons,and it showed a rising trend.In terms of transportation methods,more than 1 billion tons of dangerous chemicals transported by our country are transported by road each year,accounting for more than 60% of the total transportation volume of hazardous chemicals,and this proportion is still increasing.Based on the above background,through the collection of data and the analysis of the accident analysis results,this paper found that the main causes of dangerous goods transportation accidents are incomplete risk assessment factors and no dynamic warnings and poor management of related personnel.To this end,using some safety theories and related software development techniques,a risk early warning model for dangerous goods vehicles was established and the corresponding mobile software was developed using this model.Firstly,the ten evaluation indicators for risk assessment were selected from the four factors of people,vehicles,roads,and loops.Then,the analytic hierarchy process was used to determine the risk factors and the weight of the secondary indicators under the factor.Finally,based on the relationship between the four factors,a risk early warning model is constructed,and a risk classification standard table is given.After calculating the real-time risk value of the vehicle according to the model,the current risk level of the vehicle can be known by referring to the risk classification standard table.In order to improve the practicality,a real-time risk early warning software for dangerous goods vehicles is designed.After the analysis of accidents,it is found that the number of accidents caused by human factors is the largest,and most of the current risk supervision systems are aimed at managers,and the users of this software are drivers who carry dangerous goods.The software can locate the vehicle in real time and visualize the vehicle's risks,making the vehicle's current risks clear at a glance.In this way,when the vehicle is in high risk,the driver can accurately know which indicator has a problem,so as to quickly take corresponding measures to reduce the risk,thereby reducing the incidence of dangerous goods transportation vehicle accidents.Not only that,the software also has data analysis capabilities.Use the MYSQL database to store the information we want to keep,and use these data to form a stacked histogram of the percentage of time at all levels of risk.Enterprise managers can use this graph to understand the problems that the driver has while driving,and address this The driver proposes a more reasonable training plan,and can also see whether the management measures have been effective according to the diagram.According to the PDCA principle,if deficiencies are found,they should be improved,so that the safety management level of the enterprise has been continuously improved.
