Supramolecular liquid crystal is a compound system that based on the interaction of secondary bonds, in all kinds of weak interaction, hydrogen bond is a kind of moderate strength, stable and ideal force to build supramolecular structure because of its highly selectivity, saturability and directivity properties.Carboxylic and sulfonic acid were extremely popular proton donor in the hydrogen bond, this article was based on the main-chain liquid crystal which contains carboxylic and sulfonic acid groups and nitrogen monomer through the hydrogen bond self-assembling for the supramolecular liquid crystal system. Due to hydrogen bond self-assembling supramolecular’s weak interaction of secondary bonds, it had the characteristics of dynamic reversible, rapid response to temperature, and showed the characteristics of the dynamic functional materials, extremely had application value.In this dissertation, this paper designed and synthesized four kind of monomers:M1-M4; ten series of liquid crystalline polymers:P1-P10and eight series of supramolecular polymers by self-assembled. The method was made sebacic acid and4,4’-biphenydiol couplet respectively copolymerize with the hydroguinonesulfonic acid potassium salt (E1), sodium6,7-dihydroxynaphthalene-2-sulphonate (E2) and2,4-Dihydroxybenzoic acid (E3), had composed polymers P1, P2and P3series which contains15kinds of polymers; and then made monomer M1and4,4’-biphenydiol couplet respectively copolymerize with the E1, E2and E3, had composed polymer P4, P5and P6series which contains15kinds of polymers; made monomer M1and hydroquione couplet respectively copolymerize with the E1, E2and E3, had composed polymer P7, Pg, P9series which contains15kinds of polymers; made monomer M1and couplet respectively copolymerize with the E1, had composed polymer P10series which contains5kinds of polymers.This paper had liquid crystal polymers P4, P5, P6, P7, Pg and P9which contains carboxyl and sulfonic acid respectively self-assembling with nitrogen-containing monomer M2and M3 through hydrogen bond, had composed the supramolecular liquid crystal polymers N1-N5series and H1-H3series. These liquid crystal polymers and eight series of main-chain liquid crystal supramolecular self-assembled polymers were first prepared, they had important originality.The structures and properties of the obtained liquid crystalline monomers, liquid crystal polymers and supramolecular liquid crystal polymers were investigated by FT-IR spectroscopy,1H-NMR spectroscopy, differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and polarizing optical microscopy (POM). Their structure-property relationships were discussed in detail.In this dissertation, the chemical structures of the monomers, polymers and supramolecular liquid crystals were in line with the molecular design, and had the liquid crystal character. This paper not only had important theoretical significance, but also provided a theoretical basis and the necessary technical support for further studying the application of liquid crystal.
