Blast furnace pulverized coal injection is a technology widely adopted on blast furnace iron produce. Pulverized coal injection can reduce production costs as well as environmental pollution. Due to the pulverized coal injection tube in the flow of the gas-solid two phases flow is a complex process, how to detect gas-solid phase material is one of the solid-phase flow mass unsolved problems.In consideration of the pulverized coal complex characteristics, the design based on capacitance measurement of pulverized coal flow signals and Soft-Sensing Technique achieves an accurate measurement of coal mass flow. Besides that the system is successfully used for the mass flow measurement of blast furnace1on Jiangsu Nanjing Iron&Steel. Therefore, this thesis mainly completes the tasks as follows:(1) The regulation ways of mass flow is analyzed in Jiangsu Nanjing Iron&Steel.(2) Common algorithms on calculation of speed and features of field data has been analyzed. Besides, the author also checked the feasibility of the minimum mean square error algorithm.(3) In order to construct the soft measurement model, the methods of multivariate nonlinear regression and artificial neural network has been in-depth researched. In consideration of the situation of industry environment, multivariate nonlinear regression method is finally used to build the mass flow calculation model. Besides that, model parameters online-update is also complicated.(4) In order to complicate the actual demand, the software is encoded in the exploitation environment of C++Builder6.0.The system mainly include model parameters online-update module, communication module, Online mass-flow correction module and user Interface, reporting system.(5) With the actual mass flow data analyzed, the results show that the measurement system has a perfect accuracy and can meet the requirements of the actual demand.
