This thesis analyzes and studies the existing curve grinding method. To improve the insufficiency, a new curve grinding method-abrasion wheel region homogeneous contact grinding method is designed. Combining the actual processing conditions, this thesis designs application software with curve fitting, interpolation calculation and automatically generating simulation nc code functions. In this basis, a triaxial linkage grinding machine is created to simulate movement and working process of grinding wheel by VERICUT software. The main content of the thesis is shown below:According to the practical working, workpiece contour curve is described by the form of the list point in most situation. By fitting the curve list point in spline, this thsis can get the specific segmentation curve parameter equations.This thesis computes the parameters of curve by linear interpolation based on time division method, and establishes the mathematical model of abrasion wheel region homogeneous contact grinding method, which makes the grinding wheel contact arc corresponds to isometric workpiece processing contour in every interpolation step through the X, Y, C triaxial linkage.Through the Visual C++integrating the above content, the thesis designs the man-machine interface with grinding parameter settings.Then the software can output nc code,which can control the grinding wheel sport.With VERICUT simulation software as a platform, we control grinding wheel movement to complete simulation process using nc code. So the thesis can confirm the correctness and feasibility of the grinding correctness.Abrasion wheel region homogeneous contact grinding method can overcome the disadvantage of traditional grinding method, make the axial force which influence the grinding wheel be controlled in a certain range, and avoids grinding wheel wearing error on the contour. The method is not only more according with the requirement of processing the grinding curve and reducing the grinding wheel loss,but also provides a similar idea for the future direction of the research.
