Environmental hormones are also called endocrine disruptors or environmental hormones, they are exogenous substance which can keep the intracorporal balance and regulate the growth process of natural hormone production, release, conveying, and metabolic binding or eliminate the process to have the interference from The environmental hormones on biological hazards, main performance in the lead to reproductive dysfunction, growth and development, the body’s immune response and abnormal induced malignant tumors etc.Two kinds of organic pollutants, which play important influence on human health and the environmental development, BPA and PCBs were selected in this study. Different concentration gradients solution of these two kinds environmental hormones were mixed. Orthogonal experimental treatment of maize seeds were used to compare different periods, different concentrations combination environmental hormones treatment of maize seed growth indices, including seed germination rate, germination index, potential sprout, and vigor index. And physiological and biochemical indices included proline content、soluble protein content、the content of soluble sugar、malondialdehyde (MDA) content in the seed; The difference on the molecular biology, including SOD activity and POD activity and CAT activity, etc. All these indices can be some reference value and the scientific basis for our country’s food hygiene standards and the soil environmental quality.The experimental results showed that in the PCBs, BPA combind pollution influence, the maize seed germination potential, germination rate, germination index and vigor index declined overall, and all reached significant level compared with the control group. As actuation duration elongation of environmental hormone on maize seed, compared with the control group, proline content, MDA content and SOD activity in maize body showed clear ascendant trend and saoluble protein were first increase and then reduced trend. POD activity, CAT activity and the reducing sugar content in maize seed were gradually decreasing trend. The effects of PCBs, BPA combined pollution on the physiological and biochemical indices of maize seed were all up to the influence of significant level.
