| Environmental hormones are also known as endocrine disrupting chemicals. They are a class of compounds present in the environment and can interfere with normal endocrine functions of organisms. They also can disrupt production, release, metabolism, combination and excretion of hormones during development process of organisms. Environmental hormones disturb the organisms and hurt them mainly through three ways, competing target cell receptor, inhibition, and interaction.The main vegetable spinach that has high edible value was selected as the research object. And two kinds of environmental hormones, bisphenol A and phthalic acid esters, which have important influence on human health and the environment, were used in this research. In different single or combined pollution concentrations conditions of BPA and PAEs, change regulations of the growth indexes of spinach seed and seedling growth in the process of development (including germination potential, germination rate, germination index and vigor index), physiological and biochemical indexes (including MDA content, free proline content, soluble protein content, chlorophyll content, soluble sugar content and POD activity, SOD activity) and molecular biology index (expression of HSP70) were studied.The experimental results showed that the influence regulation of PAEs, BPA single pollution on spinach seed germination index were that low concentration promoted and high concentration hibitied. And compared with the single pollution, PAEs, BPA compound pollution aggravated promotional or inhibitive degree on spinach seed germination. In the process of spinach seed germination, the influence regulation of PAEs, BPA single pollution on seed were that MDA content increased, and the content of proline, soluble protein content, POD activity, SOD activity, soluble sugar content all increased first and then decreased, the content of chlorophyll reduced first and then increased, HSP70 expression showed a decreasing trend. And the content of MDA increased, the proline content decreased, soluble protein content, POD activity, SOD activity, soluble sugar content, chlorophyll content increased first and then decreased under the condition of PAEs, BPA compound pollution.In the process of spinach seedling growth, the influence regulation of PAEs, BPA single pollution on seedling were that MDA content, proline content, soluble protein content, soluble sugar content increased first and then decreased, POD activity decreased, SOD activity, chlorophyll content decreased first and then increased, and the expression of HSP70 incresed first and then decreased. MDA content, proline content, soluble protein content, POD activity, SOD activity, soluble sugar content was first increased and then decreased trend of chlorophyll content decreased under the condition of PAEs, BPA compound pollution. |
