Residual heat is generated by human activities, and in the process of production and life are not being used for energy. Residual heat include many types, especially in the industrial production process there is always a large number of a wide range of residual heat be discharged. As a high energy consumption in iron and steel enterprises, its residual heat is more than can be accounted for a large part of proportion. Faced with increasingly tight energy and deteriorating environmental conditions, as a key member of the domestic steel industry, as well as large energy consumption, the Anshan Iron,it is necessary to save all kinds of energy use and take full advantage I can do a better job. This is not only consistent with energy-saving emission reduction trends in foreign enterprises, but also long-term development of enterprises of great significance.Anshan Iron and Steel Group has seven blast furnaces in Anshan iron works, and all use of recycled water cooling, iron slag in contact with water emit a lot of heat, which heats the water has a direct cooling as a circulating water through the cooler to use, in the middle there is no take any measures to recover the heat, it waste a lot of hot enerage. Meanwhile, in northern China have already used many of the blast furnace slag water as heating water in winter, and achieved some results. There are some companies for these large number of low-grade waste heat for power generation research, but also achieved good results.This article is based on the above-mentioned two kinds of ways to use waste heat considerations, developed two kinds of waste heat utilization of the program. And use of project management methods to analysis hedging slag water heat utilization project. fully taken into account for different process to select the appropriate technology and equipment. On the feasibility, technical solutions and construction programs, investment cost estimates and estimates of the project carried out a careful study and comparison of programs. On this basis, to drawn up the basic financial statements, rate of return and payback period and other relevant financial indicators were analyzed and made a financial evaluation. Arrive at conclusions of the research project is approved for the project provided a reliable basis for investment decision-making.
