The recycle of energy is an important part of building a sustainable development society,which can not only save energy consumption,but also protect the ecological environment.With the continuous progress of modern industry,energy waste and environmental pollution has become a serious problem that required to resolve it immediately.Most of the waste heat of residues produced by blast furnace can not be recovered,which not only causes the energy waste but also pollutes the ecological environment.In this paper,the heat recovery of blast furnace slag is compared by calculating the thermal efficiency and energy efficiency using heat and energy as the intermediate variable to recover the residual heat of blast furnace slag.The efficiency analysis of waste heat recovery of blast furnace slag provides a theoretical basis for the recovery of waste heat from two perspectives of thermal efficiency and energy efficiency and the existence of net present value is derived from the analysis of the variation law of thermal efficiency and energy efficiency.With NPV(net present value)as the optimization objective,the recovery scheme of slag waste heat was optimized in terms of economic benefits.The maximum net present value(NPV)of the slag waste heat recovery system is calculated by using a new type of slag heat recovery device with the number of heat transfer units(NTU)as the intermediate variable.The optimum scheme of waste heat recovery can be used to recover the residual heat of blast furnace slag,which can calculate the maximum econo mic benefit of the system and provide a reference for the selection of optimization scheme.Finally,heat transferarea and the maximum NPV can be obtained by 116.20m~2 and 41.98 thousand Yuan,particularly,when NTU takes 1.30 and outlet temperature of cooling water takes 303.64?.The heatrecovered from blast furnace slag is used to generate electricity according to the standard of heat and energy,and the proper parameters are selected to maximize the utilization of residual heat and realize its maximum value.Based on the deriva tion of the formula,the thesis is mainly to establish the mathematical model,calculate and analyze the thermal efficiency,energy efficiency,net present value and power generation,and put forward a reasonable scheme.It has provided the basis for the study of the utilization of residual heat of blast furnace slag in the future.
