The wet desulfurization dust control system refers to clean SO2of the flue gas with using liquid such as water or alkaline solution in industrial production, which can remove SO2and dust of the flue gas to reduce the content of SO2in the air, which meets the requirements of environmental protection. At present, about researching of the wet desulfurization dust control system, There is no process water automatically follow the SO2flue gas control system in the domestic, which lead to a situation that the desulfurization efficiency is not high, large energy consumption. In order to change it, improve the desulfurization efficiency, reduce energy consumption, this topic mainly studies slurry pump flow control system and the PH value control system of the wet desulfurization dust control system, which realizes the SO2content up to standard. This paper mainly research works are as follows:(1)Firstly designed the control scheme of the slurry pump flow control system and the pH value control system. This paper analyses the selection and principle of the slurry pump flow control system, the mathematical model of the control system is established, transform the mathematical model into state space model; a widely used limestone-gypsum wet desulfurization dust control system is choosed, according to the principle of desulfurization limestone-gypsum method, the mathematical model of the PH value control system is established.(2)Correlation analysis is performed for the slurry pump flow control system: the stability of the control system is analyzed by the use of Lyapunov method, the control system is optimized by the method of pole assignment;and analysis of the pH value control system is as follows:adopting the Bode diagram method and analytic method to analyze the stability of the PH value control system. Then the control method of the wet desulfurization dust control system is further researched. mainly including:The control methods of PID and pole assignment are researched in the slurry pump flow control system. The control methods of PID, BP neural network and fuzzy control are researched in the pH value control system,combined with simulation, the control characteristics of various kinds of control methods can be obtained.(3)In order to verify the slurry pump flow control system, design the experiment device, analysis of the experimental equipment is based on the principle of the slurry pump flow control system, the electrical schematic diagram of the slurry pump flow control system is designed, and then determine the I/O distribution table of the PLC, power quota calculation, the power supply is in the range of requirements, so, the choice of CPU226module is reasonable. the hardware circuit connection:first of all, each module of experiment required one by one connecting and debugging, until debugging success. The corresponding electric components are reasonably arranged, the complete experiment device is assembled.(4)The experimental verification of the slurry pump flow control system:the slurry pump flow control system is programed by STEP7-Micro/WIN software, it is downloaded to the CPU226;at the same time, in order to realize the control of industrial automation, WinCC flexible software is used to configurat each interface of the slurry pump flow control system,which can get a better interface effect. In order to control the content of SO2emission in the atmosphere,The limestone slurry flow is controlled and eventually make the PH value meet the requirements. Start the start button on the touch screen, the flow value rapidly tends to be stable, the deviationl between the flow value of flow sensor measurement and the flow value of the touch screen display is very small, which can be neglected. The date between the inverter frequency value of the touch screen display and the inverter display actual value is very fit, so the slurry pump flow control can realize accurate control. The experimental data is collected, analyse the experimental results, which show that the slurry pump flow is in the specified range of error, which can meet the requirements of flow control and realize the purpose of the slurry pump flow control. In order to verify the frequency control has the advantages of energy saving, the experimental data is collected, analysis of the data results,which show that the efficiency of frequency conversion adjustment is higher than the efficiency of the value opening adjustment, the minimum is1%, the efficiency of high flow period is improved by5%-6%, the relative effect is very obvious.In this paper, neural network and fuzzy control are applied to the PH value control system of the wet desulfurization dust.The practical product of the slurry pump flow control system is developed, which has been tested to meet the requirements by wuhu institute of product quality supervision. The purpose of SO2content up to the emission standards is realized, the frequency control has the advantages of energy saving is verified, the result has a certain guiding significance to the research on the wet flue gas desulfurization dust in the future...
