As people more and more realize the environmental protection and the enactment of The Law of the People’s Republic of China on the Prevention and Control of Atmospheric Pollution, the flue gas desulfurization system becomes an indispensable part of power plant.To the problem of the desulfurization system just as auxiliary devices and the lord protection movement condition design too harsh,this paper reduced some of the action conditions.It can not only ensure safe operation of the unit, and improve desulfurized efficiency. Meanwhile, according to the design process of desulfurization system bypass baffle can’t open, this paper improved these problems.PH value is the main factors about influencing the efficiency of desulfurization system. The conventional PID control is hard to meet the requirements. In view of pH having quality of multiple variables、strong coupling、time-varying, this paper used the fuzzy adaptive PID control, modifying the parameters on-line. At the same time, PH also has large delay characteristics. So we put the Smith prediction control and fuzzy adaptive PID control together, overcoming the defect of conventional Smith control and further meeting the demand of real-time.Saving energy is urgent affairs. According to the energy waste of fans and pumpswhich used the throttle regulating the flow. This paper had made frequency conversion of control for limestone slurry. It has achieved notable results.Through the present advanced field bus control system, we accomplished the mission control, realizing the industry of saving energy and reducing consumption, ensuring the safe operation of the system,Meanwhile reducing the labor intensity.
