For example, the quality is not stable and the concentration is low. A major theme in my paper is the study of crystallization process of coumarin from three aspects:the crystallization thermodynamic of coumarin in pure solvent; the crystallization thermodynamic of coumarin in mixed solvent, the crystallization process of coumarin.In this paper, the solubility of the coumarin in methanol, ethanol, acetone, ethyl acetate, acetic acid, carbon tetrachloride, N-N dimethyl ethanolamine was measured, Using several common solubility model to associate data, the metastable region in ethanol was also measured in this paper. All work above provides the theoretical basis for the crystallization process.The solubility of the coumarin in methanol+ethanol and ethanol+water was measured, Three new models were used respectively to fit with the solubility datas of coumarin in methanol+ethanol and ethanol+water, considering R2value, F-value, MPD, and IPD, and finally we obtain two kinds of solubility models that can better fit the mixed solution system respectively.At the end of the paper is the research on the crystallization process to explore the optimal of coumarin crystallization process conditions.
