With the increasing of depth of coal mining,it present a complicated engineering geological conditions and large ground pressure and so on. Because deep well ingate located in the throat of mine, large cross-section design and connection more cavern,and also the surrounding rock repeatedly disturbed during construction.Therefore, the phenomenon of deep well ingate damage occurs frequently, seriously affect the speed of wells construction and mine safety. In order to solve this technical problem, this paper takes Huainan mining group of Zhangji coal mine deep shaft ingate as engineering background, to analysis the stability of surrounding rock on the deep well ingate and research do supporting technology research.First of all, according to the principle of rock mechanics, deep well ingate stress and deformation characteristics of surrounding rock in coal mine are analyzed, and its distribution.and analyzes the principle of interaction between surrounding rock and support together, to provide a theoretical basis for the supporting design.Secondly, The analysis of the shaft ingate at Zhangji coal mine based on the engineering geological conditions, then take the rock experiment about main physical and mechanical properties and surrounding rock loose circle testing. After testing, rock main mechanical index and the surrounding rock loose circle size had be got. On this basis, the supporting of ingate would be designed according to the principle of supporting.Then, through numerical simulation, analysis model was established for Zhangji deep coal mine shaft ingate surrounding rock stability. Then calculation and analysis the model, and puts forward the ingate optimization support scheme, After calculation the results show that the optimized scheme can ensure deep shaft ingate more stability of surrounding rock and supporting structure more safety.Finally, an engineering application and field monitoring results show that the optimized support scheme can ensure the Zhangji coal mine shaft ingate of more stability of surrounding rock and supporting structure more safety.
