Deep roadway supporting and the stability control are key issues that need long-term studies. The ingate is an important part related to the success of the mine construction and the safety of the production. The coal mine ingate has the characteristics of large section size..complicated structure,soft rock meet water swells and deep strata fracture, so, the supporting become very difficult. With the increase of mining depth, ground stress increase, the engineering geological condition is complicated, ingate and connected wall are damaged frequently, which has become a big technological bottleneck in the construction of deep well of coal mine. This paper studied the supporting method of ingate of deep well in coal mine.This paper first analyzed the ingate control of surrounding rock and the supporting design mechanism and with this theory as its basis, this paper proposed the rock supporting control principle at the ingate. Secondly, the performance test of the mine rock in the ingate of the east wind shaft in Zhang Ji coal mine is conducted through field sampling, which provides the basis for study of supporting technology. Then, this paper came up with three supporting schemes according to the experience of the surrounding rock supporting theory and engineering practice of Huainan coal mine.According to the size parameters and supporting schemes, using MIDAS software modeling, and then by FLAC3D software, this paper made calculation and analysis of stress, displacement and plastic zone of different sections of the ingate. The results show that the displacement of surrounding rock and the plastic zone increase with the increase of row spacing between anchor bolts. After comprehensive analysis, the first scheme is the best scheme. The analysis of the monitoring data on the deformation of surrounding rock and supporting structure of ingate show that the surrounding rock are stable and the supporting structure are safe, which explain that under this plan the supporting effect of the ingate are good.Finally, through the field engineering test, the surface displacement of surrounding rock, bolt and anchor cable stress and the internal force of lining is obtained. The monitoring results show that the vault subsidence value and convergence decreases, the deformation of surrounding rock has been effectively controlled, the mechanical stability of bolts and cables is stable, the supporting structure is safe, the overall supporting effect is good.
