Progressive die is a kind of precision, high efficiency, long life of the mold, is widely used in modern industrial production, so the study of progressive die is also become a focus of concern. According to the nature of the process progressive die can be divided into blanking progressive die, blanking and bending progressive die, blanking and deep drawing progressive die,blanking progressive die stretch bending, etc.Different types of progressive die design method and theory research are also different, this paper mainly studied the structure of progressive die of blanking and benging.This paper through the bending parts shape characteristics, discuss the process analysis and calculation method, emphatically Blanking bending parts blank size calculation and layout method;Then based on the parametric modeling of Pro/E platform to structure the progressive die, assembling and motion simulation, analyzed the method and the side of the ring forming shaft structure design skills;Finally, illustrate the nonlinear finite element method in the field of material forming, mainly using numerical simulation software to simulate the u-shaped bending process, and analyzes the materials in the process of deformation and the change of stress and strain;And further analyses the springback after forming, discusses the influence factors of springback and control method, compare the size of the springback amount under different structural parameters, provides help for structure optimization design.In addition of progressive die hedge curved shock pressure and the calculation of the pressure center also.This paper to study and design of progressive die bending process is put forward a series of theoretical calculation and the method are connected with pins and two parts as an example to illustrate the feasibility and validity of these methods is verified.Through the study of theory and method in this paper, provides a reference for the progressive die of bending design, to some extent, shortens the progressive die bending design time, improve the design efficiency.
