The research background of simulation of the stamping form process for complex automotive body panels is described in this paper, then the current application of CAE is explained, and the theory and flow of numerical simulation for Blank stamping form is expounded. The simulation of stamping form for blank is carried out in Dynaform, the measures which can reduce the forming disfigurement is put forward by analyzing the simulation results.For the character of the deep drawing technology of the oil pan, some analysis of its stress and strain distribution in deep drawing are done on the basis of the analysis of technology, and after the whole considerations of manifold factor of cracking and the adoption of corresponding preventive measures in relation with practice, the flow condition and the forming quality of sheet material in deep drawing are improved, The effect of the different blank sizes and the deforming conditions on the cracking and wrinkling was studied in this experiment. The results show that the proper forming parameters and effective binder force may reduce the tendency of wrinkling and improve the quality of stamping product.For the success of the deforming of a new sheet metal product, it is necessary that the work of deforming be taken for several times and the die for the product must be repaired every time. Oil pan of engine in a car is a very important stamped part. Its typical characteristics is of larger drawing depth as well as complicated formability. In this paper, a CAE software for sheet metal forming is used for the deep drawing process simulation of the Oil pan made for YZ4D30-type engine. The simulation results are compared with real experimental ones, which shows the validity of the present software. In terms of the simulation results and their formability analysis schemes for the drawing die's structures, conditional two-off technic is successfully changed into one-off drawing scheme, therefore, the present key difficult problem is efficiently solved. The successful deforming process of this products was obtained. So the success of deforming of the product at first time is assured.
