Forced by the pressure of the economy, environment, resource and society, as theeffective resources recycling, remanufacturing has become a development trend ofmanufacturing enterprises. Assembly not only determines the quality of the finalproduct and the machine performance, but also has a crucial influence onremanufacturing resource utilization, which is one of key processes for complexmechanical product remanufacturing.To improve the assembly precision of remanufactured complex mechanicalproduct and the utilization ratio of remanufactured parts, an online quality controlmethod is proposed based on the analysis of remanufactured complex mechanicalproduct assembly characteristics.Firstly, the quality control threshold of the key quality point for the remanufacturedproduct is divided into several zones with fine granularity. Under assembly qualitycontrol threshold constraints and quality attribute coupling constraints, anremanufacturing assembly optimization model is established with the minimum qualityloss and assembly cost as target from the the perspective of assembly precision, and thesolving process based on genetic algorithm is studied.Secondly, comprehensively considered the assembly scheme diversification andthe remanufacturing resource utilization, an forward inference mode based on historicaldata and an backward inference mode based on the real-time assemble information areproposed from the process control level, which can dynamically deduce the optimalassembly scheme set guiding the remanufacturing assembly process and timelyresponse to the abnormal. The system inference rules and the inference mechanism areresearched.Finally, an online quality control prototype system for the remanufactured engineassembly in a remanufacturing factory is developed, which shows the feasibility andvalidity of the proposed method.
