As a key part of machine tool,the machining work of machine tool guide rail accounts for about 40% of the whole machining work.The quality of its remanufacturing directly affects the machining accuracy of machine tool.There are many factors that affect the final cladding effect in the remanufacturing process of guide rail,including material performance,manufacturing process,environmental conditions and process parameters.How to control the remanufacturing process reasonably to obtain good quality has become an urgent problem for rail remanufacturing.Based on the support of the key process technology and application demonstration project of green remanufacturing of machine tools of the Ministry of industry and information technology made in China 2020 major project,taking the rail remanufacturing process as the research background,the in-depth analysis of the rail remanufacturing process,focusing on the research of remanufacturing quality control methods,the specific research contents are as follows:(1)According to the failure form of the guide rail,the laser cladding technology is selected as the remanufacturing and repairing technology of the guide rail.Combined with the characteristics of the laser cladding technology,the remanufacturing process flow of the guide rail is planned,the connotation of the remanufacturing quality of the guide rail is defined,and the quality influencing factors of the laser remanufacturing process of the guide rail are analyzed,which lays the foundation for the subsequent experiments and the determination of the key factors.(2)Through the laser cladding experiment research,grasp the influence rules of various influencing factors on the forming accuracy and quality accuracy of the parts,analyze the microstructure and mechanical properties of the formed parts,summarize the more comprehensive forming rules and reasonable process parameters,and finally determine the key factors affecting the quality,so as to lay the foundation for the application of guide rail remanufacturing in the actual project.(3)The experiment of remanufacturing and repairing machine tool guide rail was carried out,and the quality and performance of machine tool guide rail after laser cladding were analyzed.On this basis,the basic framework model of remanufacturing quality control based on quality prediction is established.Compared with the quality modeling method based on neural network,the remanufacturing quality prediction control model based on Elman neural network is established.Finally,the validity of the quality prediction model is verified by the process experiment data.
