After many years of efforts on the technological transformation and Strengthening management, the quality of the water discharged from the Sewage Treatment Plant of the Juhua Group Corporation was improved greatly,, the achievements was affirmed by the government department but the content of total phosphorus in asterwater from the Sewage Treatment Plant was still concerned highly. In2007, the Juhua Group Corporation was required to control the water quality within a limit time before Augustl1st. The leadership of environment work team of Zhejiang Province proposed that the suggestions of analyzing reasons of Overstandard total phosphorus in the discharged water from the Sewage Treatment Plant of the Juhua Group Corporation as soon as possible, monitoring the indicators of total phosphorus at routine work, taking necessary measures and strengthening the administration of enterprises in order to meet the State’s discharge standard.Therefore, It is far-reaching significance of analyzing the Reasons of Overstandard total phosphorus, Researching on a corresponding treatment technique, implementing the pointed special campaigns to satisfy the national standard on discharge of wastewater. it is very important to the Sustainable Development of Juhua Group Corporation that the reduction of pollutant.This paper analyzed that juhua sewage treatment plant source of phosphorus and reasons of overweight, pointed out the root cause and developed an effective phosphorus treatment technology.The paper explored and determined the technical route and the antioxidant choice and oxidation PH value time oxidation chlorine-antiseptic liquid content oxidation reaction parameters such as and PH value by laboratory test and pilot test of production verifed,, also analyzed the reaction process which may be present in the pollution of the environment and security problems.On this previous basis, the pilot technology was accepted and successfully used in industrial production, he practical operation of industrial equipment was summarized alsot.The results showed that acidification oxidation settlement technology can effectively remove the total phosphorus wastewater PVC production, the technology is better and the operation parameters for:oxidation PH4.5or so of sodium hypochlorite concentration (effective chloric arrive content):550-750mg/L; The oxidized time more than15min; And the settlement PH value12.Through the development of research,analysis and research work, successfully developed acetylene clean wastewater treatment technology of phosphorus and realized the technology of industrial application, fully realized the expected objectives and PVC production waste water phosphorus got effective treatment, the company export total phosphorus wastewater treatment plants exceeds bid condition improved realized the environmental benefits of enterprise economic benefits and social benefits of unity.
