In recent years, the development of science and technology produced much more urgent requirements in detecting technology. Fluoremetric method has been widely used because of its low-cost, easy of operation and quick-response. Many varies of fluorogen and fluorescence probes was developed in succession.Metal-ion probe is an important part of fluoremetric method. By condensation of7-(dimethylamino)-2-oxo-2H-benzo[b][1,4]oxazine-3-carbaldehyde (T1) and2-aminomethylpyridine, we synthesized an aminal (NC-1) rather than a Schiff base. The synthesis mechanism is likely to be determined by stabilizing effect of intramolecular hydrogen bond, which was proved through DFT calculations and control molecules (NC-2, NC-3, NC-4). Furthermore, the spectroscopic tests indicated that NC-1behaves as a fluorescent probe for sensing Cd2+, Zn2+and Cu2+by different fluorescence and color changes which could be observed by naked eyes.Hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) is an important member of reactive oxygen species which relates to a variety of physical phenomena. Monitoring the distribution and concentration of hydrogen peroxide effectively by fluoremetric method could provide useful information to study the function mechanism of H2O2deeply. In order to enrich the types of fluorogen, a kind of near-infrared fluorescence dye BBJ-OH whose emission could be as long as706nm has been successfully designed. We further developed a H2O2probe BBJ-2which could be used to recognize H2O2specifically. Probe BBJ-2has a well selectivity towards H2O2with no interference from other reactive oxygen species. What’s more, probe BBJ-2react with H2O2fast with a kinetics reaction rate constant of0.004s-1.
