The fracturing technology is a major means for increasing the production on the oil and gas field currently. It improves the development and utilization of oil wells greatly and also can increase the oil storage largely. The fracturing pump had become the central equipment of the fracturing equipment, and it’s operational capability determined the production capacity of the complete fracturing equipment. Therefore, the high power fracturing pump power end was designed, simulated and analysis in this article, therefore it had an important guiding significance to the design and analysis of a new fracturing pump.It designed and researched the high-power end of the fracturing pump, the main contents were as follows:(1) With the comparison of5ZB-2800fracturing pump, according to the experience of the strength analysis and experience, it designed the overall transmission scheme for the power end for high-power fracturing pump, ncluding the transmission scheme design of the high-power end of the fracturing pump and the structure design of the key parts.(2) It established the kinematics and dynamics models of the fracturing pump. The working load is analyzed and reasonable equivalent for the fracturing pump. The force was carried out on the main components of parts. It established the force equation by the method of traditional mechanics analysis. It provides the theoretical basis for the strength and fatigue life analysis of the key parts of the power end of fracturing pump.(3) The strength and fatigue life of the Power end of the fracturing pump was analyzed with the finite element technology and the theory of fatigue. The typical parts of the crankshaft and gears which beard complex load condition were are reasonable equivalent and finite element analysis was carried, getting the principal stress of the nodes of the finite element model in a cycle which were transformed into the elastic-plastic stress and strain through the material parameters. A series of the principal strain was defined as the fatigue load spectrum, the fatigue calculation was carried out by the fatigue damage model to got the fatigue life and the safety factor.(4) It combined the use of Visual Basic6.0, matlabR2009Ra, Automation Gateway4.2, Pro/E3.0, SQL Server2000and Ansys10.0software and so on, to design the software for high-power fracturing pump power end design, realized the kinematics simulation and dynamics calculation of fracturing pump, the parameterized modeling and fatigue life analysis of the key parts. It realized the convenient calculation and analysis of fracturing pump and human-computer interaction, improved the computational efficiency for high-power fracturing pump power end design.
