Currently, rod pumping is one of the most widely used way of oil engineeirng artificiallitf methods in in our country oifieldl, petroleum exploitation has been dominant, plays apivotal role. Improve the efficicncy of the system is to reduce the pumping wells cost of crudeoil, an important means of improving the management level of the well, using a minimum ofenergy consumption, the highest amount of lfuid output, reducing mining fluid consumption,to save energy.With the continuous development of oil production technology, research andabroad to improve the efficiency of rod pumping system is very great impotrance to take aseires of new technological measures, and achieved significant economic effect in improvingmachine pumping system efficiency. In this paper, under the juirsdiction of Tian Jiyuan Oilifeld,Changqing low permeability characteirstics, the efficiency of the system as a target parameter,combined pumping system Jiyuan Oilfield actual production conditions, system efficiencythrough testing and simulation to study the effects of pumping wells system efficiency factors,to achieve energy saving purposes.Due to the low Jiyuan Oilifeld Wuchang apheresis systemefficiency analysis to improve system efficiency of pumping wells theoretical methods, andthrough on-site application, the application effect analysis, screening suitable for pumpingwells Jiyuan Oilfield system efficiency efficient technologies and shall apply.
