Research And Application Of Improving System Efficiency Of Production Well In Jiyuan Oilfield

System efficiency of pumping unit is a comprehensive reflection of economic benefits, technology and equipment, and management level. This thesis attempted to discuss the system efficiency of production well through current situation and developing trend of pumping unit’s system efficiency. Collect and assort the research results, and establish the technical architecture of improving system efficiency in low permeability reservoir, thereby reduce the production costs. Meanwhile, the researches will also offer references for other reservoir of this kind.The factors of system efficiency are analyzed to find solutions to improve system efficiency. The factors include pumping unit, well pump, sucker rod, oil production, power factor, pumping efficiency, balance degree, input power of motor, output power of motor, output power of reduction gearbox, indicator diagram. The measures are suggested to improving system efficiency; moreover evaluations were made;software calculating system efficiency is established, moreover applications and extends are made. Therefore, reduce the production costs of oil extraction factory.
