In the processes of the handling of natural gas at our country and others, the researchesof Natural gas dehydration, hydrocarbon technology are all conducted according to their owncharacteristic. The technology of needle valve throttle is widely used in Changqing yulin gasfield to achieve the purpose of decompression and cooling. Low temperature separationprocess for natural gas dehydration is taken off in the hydrocarbon processing. For the Wellswith low wellhead pressure, larger pressure drop is needed to achieve low temperatureseparation, which cannot meet the transmission pressure requirements. In order to realize theideal temperature drop in relatively low pressure drop and satisfy the requirement of lowtemperature separation, a new technology of expansion refrigeration dehydration andhydrocarbon is carried out in this paper according to the characteristics of low temperatureseparation process.Through this study, a kind of effective and applicable method of Natural gas dehydrationused in Yu Changqing field is explored. The new technology of the hydrocarbon theexpansion refrigeration technology can Improve the efficiency of the secondary gasdehydration, hydrocarbon and effectively prolong operation of the device.
