It is ascribed to the Lower, more than ever, permeability in Changqing Oilfield,individual well productivity is generally short, obviously, Multi-well, low-yieldingobjective reality makes the low-cost strategy to become the development lifeline of ChangqingOilfield. Therefore, reducing the pumping wells investment and operating costs are keys tosupport low-cost strategy. This paper focuses on how to reduce the suspension point load aswell as the unit,Establishes a new rod string design method, designs a innovativeφ25mmsolid plunger pump that first developed and applied domestically, develops the type7andtype9to improve the pumping unit type spectrum, Proposes a new method to predict thesuspension point load accurately for directional wells and innovates the evaluation method toground equipment efficiency of pumping wells. Finally, the formation of a " lower the roddiameter, lower the pump diameter, lower the unit type, improve system efficiency"integrated load shedding, to mention efficient design methods, the developed core tools andequipment have achieved large-scale applications,overall,cost efficiency and energy savingeffect is remarkable.
