China’s oilfield generally entered the high water cut or extra high water cut period,Thewell water cut rising faster and faster,But underground recoverable reserves are still larger.How to improve the efficiency in high water cut stage of oilfield exploitation,has become afocus of attention in the petroleum industry,Water shutoff profile control technique canimprove the oil field water injection development effect,can realize the oilfield of high andstable yield.This paper relies on the theory basis of Water shutoff profile control,using Permeabilitydecision,Water absorption profile decision,Injection dynamic decision,PI decision and othertechnology,for the whole block water plugging profile control decision-making. By using thetheoretical research results,and successfully developed water shutoff profile control decisionsystem. Finally Pan guliang section in Changqing Oilfield for example, through theunderstanding and analysis of the geological and production conditions in pan guliangoilfield,With the state of the pan guliang oilfield water shutoff profile control and theimplementation is analyzed,using water shutoff profile control decision system to select welland layer. According to the actual production data,to verify the reliability of the method,tomake the formulation and operation of water shutoff profile control scheme is more scientificand Quantitative in pan guliang oilfield,Also to improve the success rate of water shutoffprofile control measures to provide a strong guarantee.
