Water flooging in low permeability oil zone development project technical feasibilitystudy is currently developing a research focus field; it is related to how to improve the oilrecovery ratio, effectively extending the life of oil field development, reservoir of resourcesto achieve a reasonable and orderly development and other issues. In traditional reservoir engineering, reservoir permeability of conventional high injectionwells and production wells in the effective aspects of a problem does not exist,so there is noinjection on the reservoir to determine the effectiveness of the system indicators. As the denselow-permeability reservoir lithology, and pore throat more complex structure, the role ofliquid to solid and strong pressure gradient and the presence of other factors, resulting inresistance to such a large reservoir seepage, effective stress system set up difficult, therewater well into difficulties, production wells are not effective, the production declinesignificantly and so on. In order to develop effective low-permeability reservoir, the need forthis type of injection and reservoir development for full validity of the argument, findingeffective methods of evaluation and indicators, and gives the appropriate technology policy. In this paper, taking the Qili Cun oilfield as an example, proposed a low-permeability oilzone injection and water injection project evaluation of the effectiveness of theproblem, analyze the effectiveness of international development on water status of theoreticalmethod, the injection of taken to determine the validity of indicators, and on low-permeabilityoil zone water injection project in the usefulness, necessity and technical feasibility ofproposed ideas, the actual verification by the project, demonstrated the low-permeability oilzone effectiveness of water development projects, as water injection in low permeability oilzone to provide a meaningful reference value.
