In recent years, the proportion of natural gas largely increases in national consumption structure of energy sources. As the clean resources, the natural gas has been increasely used to antomobile. CNG automobile not only reduces environment pollution and noise pollution, but also saves running cost. At the same time, under the lead of national energy source protection policy, the quantity of CNG automobile continuously increases in recent years, which causes the CNG gas station rapidly developed. The gas storage well is one of the most widespread ways in three main gas storage ways of CNG gas station. It is very important that CNG gas station is safe, steady, perennial and ful-load running. Thus, it is useful to analyze the secutity of natural gas storage well for ensuring secrity of gas station, advancing the optimization of gas station’s gas storage way, and assuring the healthy development of city construction.(1) By studying the common breakdown question of the traditional gas storage well, the breakdown reason and the corrosion mechanism of the pressure vessel gas storage well were summarized. And the eorrosion form and the corrosion influencing factor were also summarized.(2) By analyzing3kind leakage of CNG well gas storage warehouse that may appear in the middle building and using process leakage condition,3kind leakage models have been built. The top pressure and the length of cement for the casing pipe with diameter of177.8mm and thickness of10.36mm were calculated under working condition, which provide the theory support for building gas storage well and building the CNG air entrainment station. The fatigue life was calculated under the under the pressure of25Mpa. The experiments of material strength test and anti-fatigue test were done.(3) The first interface which were formed by case and cement is the most prone to fatigue debonding interface. According to the elastic mechanics knowledge, the relationship between the role of cyclic loading cycles and fatigue rate was established. The relationship between the role of cyclic loading cycles and shear stress and friction was also developed.(4) The ground monitoring system program of gas storage wells was designed.
