Mining dump truck is an off-road transport vehicle.It is used for short-distance transportation in mines.Due to the complex mine environment and bad road conditions,the frame of the key components of the mine dump truck often fails during its service life.According to the effective data query,75%-85% of the frame component damage belongs to the strength problem and fatigue failure under various complex working conditions and comprehensive conditions.At present,the frame of a 360 ton electric wheel mining dump truck in a factory also has such problems.Therefore,it is the concern of manufacturers and users to study and discuss this problem.In order to demonstrate whether the design of the product frame is reasonable and reliable,the strength analysis and fatigue experimental research are specially carried out for the frame.Based on the study of fatigue analysis,the finite element analysis and field data strength are carried out:(1)Through the literature search and the actual use of the mine truck,the high fault location and effective life of the mine dump truck are mastered.The finite element model simulation technology is used to analyze the material selection,structure design,use environment and other aspects of the frame of the mine truck,and the optimal scheme is obtained.(2)Based on the basic theory research of fatigue analysis,find out the factors affecting fatigue,understand a variety of analysis methods,lay the foundation for the follow-up field frame fatigue analysis.(3)For the actual complex model parameters of the factory frame,it is convenient to establish the three-dimensional model of the frame without affecting the fatigue data.In view of the mining dump truck in the face of complex working environment caused by the complex load and the resulting stress and fatigue damage phenomenon,this paper mainly selects four typical working conditions to study.Through the static strength analysis,combined with the relevant stress diagram and strain diagram,the dangerous parts of the frame can be found.(4)Fatigue test of 360 ton mining truck frame was carried out.Through the existing measuring instruments,the test data are collected,the stress analysis andstrain analysis are carried out,and the rain flow calculation method is used to analyze the fatigue of the vehicle.The consistency of the two methods was compared to lay a foundation for further effective research.Due to the long cost and cycle of mining dump truck in the process of development and development,considering the existing conditions,at present,simulation technology and experimental research are mainly used to analyze the stress status of the frame,so as to improve the structure of the frame and improve its fatigue strength,which is an effective technical means.Combined with theoretical analysis and experimental research,the conclusion is highly consistent with the dangerous parts of the current frame cracking and fracture.The research has a strong guiding significance for the structural design and improvement of large frame,and for the design and manufacturing.
