| With the increasingly difficulties of oil and gas exploration,development and theconstantly improvement of environmental protection requirements,performance of increasingproduction, injection technology and requirements of environmental protection are alsoincreased at the same time, so The water jet cutting technology on increasing oil andinjection wells production should be both economical and environmental. While water jetcutting oil well sand fracturing stimulation technology has many advantages which othertechnologies do not have,therefore it has been a research focus at home and abroad.In the low permeability reservoirs, oil and gas wells have varying degrees of damage toformation, and formation damage causes oil and gas well production decline. People havedone many beneficial exploration to improve the contaminated oil and gas permeability in thenear wellbore zone. This paper designs the oil and water wells jet sandblasting cutting seamprocess parameters based on the research analysis of hydraulic deep penetrating perforatingtechnology, and the study of its application effect and core simulation. Application experimentis carried out in3injection wells and3oil wells to collect data which shows that water jetcutting oil well sand fracturing stimulation technology can increase the water injection andoil productive,thus it is a powerful measure to increase injection and production. The bestapplication parameters of water jet cutting oil well sand fracturing stimulation technology inQinghuabian oilfield are that ejective pressure is25~27MPa, the ejective flow is250~230L/min, the diameter of quartz is about0.5mm, and percent by volume of quartz isabout9%. |
