Well testing is an important technology of reservoir development, the methods for a single well test are relatively mature, but there are limitations for understanding the impact between multiple wells. Since the degree of well network in the field is high, the interaction between wells becomes increasingly serious. So it is particularly important to study the relationship between the wells, seepage problems between injection and production wells are explored in this paper.Author makes a further study on previous theoretical knowledge about the interaction between injection and production wells based on the detailed research of seepage and well testing theories. the transient flow models for one injection well with one production well of a single medium along with dual medium of infinite strata are established, these established models are solved using Laplace transform. Pressure relationship between injection and production wells is built by using superposition principle. Analysis for the center with injection wells in injector-producer respectively under the condition of work advance, the pressure equation of problems especially exponential integral function reduction, and the characteristic curves of reduction formula for pressure. Analysis the influence of the bottom pressure characteristics by the ahead time, the viscosity ratio of oil and water, injection-production ratio, storativity ratio, water cut of production well, stratum permeability, injector producer distance. For injection wells, water injection in advance about long hours, after the production Wells to start producing the greater the bottom hole pressure, the injection well bottom-hole pressure is higher; Injection time must be ahead of schedule, the greater the oil-water viscosity ratio, the water injection well bottom hole pressure is higher, and the production Wells bottom hole pressure is lower. It means that the viscosity of oil phase affect driving oil flow of actuating pressure; the higher the production Well water content, the smaller the injection well bottom hole pressure, the production well bottom-hole pressure is higher, it means that the greater the water content reflect the of the oil saturation; As a certain production rate, the greater the injection-production ratio, the injection well bottom-hole pressure is higher; AS a certain injection rate, the bigger the injection-production ratio, the greater the bottom hole pressure, namely the injection-production ratio reflecting the size of depletion and supplement of the reservoir energy. The bigger the well spacing the greater the water injection well bottom hole pressure and the production well bottom-hole pressure is lower; the more the production well ahead of schedule production time, the injection well and production well bottom-hole pressure is smaller; The elastic reserves-volume ratio is bigger, the smaller the bottom hole pressure of water injection and production Wells, namely the elastic reserves-volume ratio reflect the size of the fracture development degree; The higher the permeability, the smaller the water injection well bottom hole pressure, and the greater the production of the well bottom hole pressure.By analyzing the simplified equation and characteristic curve bottom hole pressure, there are limitations to describe seepage relationship between wells by using the simplified approximate solution. The time that pressure wave spreads to adjacent wells and simplification of seepage characteristics for all stages need further study from accurate solution..
