At present, most of the power grid transmission line towers are proctected in themeasures of thermal dip galvanizing and coating. Cathodic protection anticorrosiveeffect of thermal dip galvanizing layer is relatively good in areas with goodenvironmental conditions. But in heavy polluted area, transmission line towers are inserious acid rain corrosion regional which caused by sulfur dioxide and other pollutiongas.But in heavy polluted area, transmission line towers are in serious acid raincorrosion regional which caused by sulfur dioxide and other pollution gas.Running aftercertain years, the corrosion of most transmission line towers is more serious than thatin common area.Gap results in penetration and retention of acidic aqueous between thesteel structure and bolt fasteners which are proctected in the method of thermal dipgalvanizing and others.In acidic conditions, the corrosion rate of thermal galvanizedcoating layer is much greater than that in conventional environment, causing severechemical and electrochemical corrosion.Considering the applicability of the various methods of anticorrosion of steelstructures bolt fastener industrial zone, we have developed a kind of non-stickypetrolatum anticorrosion grease consisting of petrolatum anticorrosion grease, the resinand the corresponding hardener composition on the basis of petrolatum anticorrosiongrease.After brushing metal surface with the non-sticky petrolatum anticorrosion grease,it forms an elastic organic coating layer. On the one hand,it can be cured into a filmwhile the film has a dense protective effect of physical isolation. On the other hand,petrolatum anti-corrosion grease ingredients play a role in its anti-corrosionaspect.Combined effect of two aspects play a good anti-corrosion effect on the substrate.The non-sticky petrolatum anticorrosion grease will implemente effective protection onbolt fasteners and make the construction and post-maintenance operations easier.The research was shown as follows:First, we formulated a kind of petrolatumanticorrosion grease, adjusting the percentage of each component and begining thetemperature fluidity test, orthogonal test,and screened out the petrolatum anticorrosiongrease formulations with better temperature performance. On the basis of theconclusion, we syntheticed the non-sticky petrolatum anticorrosion grease by addingresin and hardener, and determined the appropriate adding amount of resin andhardener in each curable system through evaluating dry time.Through studying theinfluence to salt spray resistance performance caused by the species and percentage of the components in the non-sticky petrolatum anticorrosion grease,we filtered out theformulations for each curable system with the best alt spray resistance performance.Through AC impedance tests and UV aging tests, we filtered out non-sticky petrolatumanticorrosion grease formulations with the best salt spray resistance and weatheringperformance through the salt spray test and orthogonal test. The formulations: thepercentage of paraffin,15%;the percentage of organic bentonite,4%; the percentage ofbarium petroleum sulfonate,6%;the percentage of lanolin,6%; the percentage ofaluminum stearate,6%; the percentage of BTA,0.6%; the percentage of filler(gray-iron: zinc=1:1),8%; the percentage of chopped glass fiber,1%,;thepercentage of white vaseline7.9%; the percentage of330N resin40%, the percentageof the curable agent3390is5.5%.
