Research On Coal Gangue After Surface Treatment As Concrete Aggregates

Coal gangue is a kind of industrial waste with the inevitable in the coal industry. And in our country, coal production increased year by year. Coal gangue on both the social environment and ecological environment have brought serious negative effect, if not controlled, it will bring immeasurable loss. This paper based on the desire of coal gangue turning waste into treasure, if can take the place of stone as aggregate of concrete, it will not only solve the current high price and stone material shortage problem, but also can handle a large number of industrial waste, not only to protect the environment, but also brings economic benefits.This paper mainly adopts the following ideas of coal gangue aggregate concrete are studied:1.Look up a large number of coal gangue literature in Huainan mining area, and I have a general understanding of the chemical composition of coal gangue.2.Test some properties of coal gangue in Huainan mining area in different locations, and evaluate it with the concrete strength theory.3.The parceled gangue surface as coarse aggregate, and make the coal gangue concrete of different grades and test its compressive strength.4.The test of coal gangue concrete expansion and corrosion of reinforcement effect.The research of coal gangue used as the one of the regeneration, the author study the ideas of the preliminary draw the following conclusions:1.The surface of the coal gangue is packaged by the cement slurry. Coal gangue aggregate concrete strength is higher than the surface of untreated coal gangue aggregate concrete.2.The theory of strength of coal gangue aggregate concrete analysis found that the failure mechanism is "weak" package "strong" to "strong" package "weak", through the experiment of coal gangue aggregate concrete we can know that its adaptation strength is below C30.3. The strength of the gangue concrete will not be decreased with the increase of age, its long-term strength is the same as the ordinary concrete.4.By measuring the concrete expansion,we know the coal gangue aggregate concrete expansion is less than the standard value, so it’s unactive aggregate.5.Through the measurement of corrosion of rebar in concrete of coal gangue surface treatment of half cell potential method, meet requirements preliminarily.
