Bolt is an important coal production support components, applications are broad, but the current anchor reinforcement theory for geotechnical support mechanism is not entirely clear, the use of a large number of simplified calculation model is over, so the theoretical calculation methods are not accurate enough there are serious deficiencies in terms of bolting quantitative calculation, only in theory to explain the actual design of a great error. Because of the shortcomings of the model itself, the actual effect of Anchorage is not well demonstrated, bolting design often tend to experience analogy. Geotechnical studies anchoring theory is far behind the engineering practice hampered the development of applications bolting technology, engineering or even cause serious accidents. Bolting success lies bolting methods and parameters are valid, the current roadway safety control problem to be addressed is how to maintain the stability of the surrounding rock. Therefore, the study of roadway bolting has a special significance and practical value, but also provide the basis for a reasonable criterion for the selection and development of supporting technology of roadway approach. Anchoring clear surrounding rock failure mechanisms, anchor bolt properties and numerical simulation methods to select appropriate analytical research priorities are anchoring bolt.This article has been tested on the basis of the theory, an integrated approach by numerical simulation and field experiments to explore the reasons for the tunnel roof between two anchor failure, and the end of the anchor bolt, length of anchor bolt stress characteristics, anchor characteristics were analyzed to single and group two forms of simulated anchor end anchor, anchor and extended the full length of the supporting role of the anchor. By comparing the simulation results support the effect of full length found relatively good, the advantages of both ends of the anchor, an increase of separation and dislocation of the surrounding rock sensitivity.In underground mining area Guqiao industrial test, for a total length of anchorage bolt under stress and deformation were monitored movement. Mine Pressure Monitoring data show:the full-length rock anchor bolt for support is comprehensive, it not only improves the supporting effect of the bolt, but also guarantees the stability of the rock tunnel, can effectively control the deformation of surrounding rock, market development of relatively more.
