In this paper, in the engineering background of10202haulage roadway, based on the study of Xin sheng mining’s roadway mining pressure characteristics, the situation of roadway support and the deformation and failure feature of the surrounding rock, this paper adopted many research methods,such as the in-situ test sampling, laboratory test, numerical simulation and theoretical analysis, to study the Xin sheng mining10#coal seam’s stability classification of mining roadway and mining control techniques under the goaf the9#coal seam in order to realize the Xin sheng mine’s roadway support design more scientific, systematic and quantitative, change the history condition of roadway support design by engineering analogy and experience, reduce the cost of once into the roadway support, decrease the work amount of roadway maintenance, meet the needs of mine safety production, achieve the safe, economic and effective goals. The main research content is as follows:(1) Scope of9#coal floor damage depth of mined-out area and the stress distribution of floor under coal pillar loading are studied, providing a theoretical basis for the study of10#coal mining roadway’s deformation damage degree and the stress distribution.(2) Based on taking core in the field and laboratory measurement, this paper geted the surrounding rock mechanical parameters of coal mine10102haulage roadway. The surrounding rock parameters test results provided parameters basis for the theoretical calculation and numerical simulation and also gived scientific basis for the subsequent support parameters design and roof control.(3) According to the geological conditions of10202haulage roadway, this paper puted forward using anchor wire rope+roof steel belt, help anchor mesh support method, and conducted the field measurement of10202haulage roadway during the excavation period. The test results showed that during the excavating period the surrounding rock within the scope of the excavation work front and rear21m was at the stable stage, the bolt stress change was small, and no delamination phenomenon was taking place.(4) According to the occurrence and geological conditions of10202haulage roadway and the rock mechanics test parameters as the numerical simulation’s basic parameters, this paper established a model to simulation research the10202haulage roadway’s surrounding rock deformation and failure characteristics during excavating and mining face mining in3d finite difference numerical simulation research methods. The model also combined the mine pressure observation results of10202haulage roadway during the excavating period, determining the10coal main mining roadway’s anchor support forms, puting forward the mode of anchor wire rope combined support and giving the support parameters.
