With the development of China’s textile industry, as well as a shortage of petrochemical products, as a purer and uniform high-quality renewable chemical fiber, the research and development of the wood, hemp and bamboo and other plant fiber raw materials to produce biomass renewable dissolving pulp fibers is very necessary and urgent. As an ancient crops in China, the raw has a extensive planting area and a long history of cultivation, This article aims to Research a Green technology of the development of natural cellulose fiber dissolving pulp with the use of flax as raw material from process level.In this paper, flax is taken as a raw material, the use of clean liquid, low-temperature cooking methods, by cooking,catalysis and bleaching processes prepare for the flax fiber, explore results the optimum conditions of each process, the alpha-cellulose content and the degree of polymerization of flax fibers, and the other indicators to meet the requirements, but also has better response performance.Research results are as follows:1、 Suitable conditions for preparing flax pulp by hydroxyl radical reactive oxygen with alkali cooking is:when the concentration of alkali agent is70g/L, the active oxygen concentration is28g/L, cooking temperature is116℃, the catalytic time is260s and the cooking time is62min, its a-cellulose content of the pulp can be more than90%and the degree of polymerization can be maintained at about550. Therefore, the cotton bask pulp meets the performance targets for dissolving pulp production.2、The changes of crystallinity of flax pulp during process are tested by XRD and the result is:XRD analysis shows that the crystal structure of flax pulp is typeⅡ. By X-ray diffraction spectroscopy we obtained that the degree of crystallinity greater than48%show the product has a better response capability,so the way of rapid detection reaction performance was provided.3、Comparing the operating conditions, product yield, the COD content of the black liquor and of the production cost between the new and old process, it shows that alkali concentration, liquid ratio, cooking temperature and time of new technology are reduced by50%,33%,27%and50%of the old and the COD amount of black liquor for new technology is only31%of the traditional. Product yield and white degrees, respectively, are46.8%and15.3%higher than that of the traditional pulp products.
